- Friday, June 25, 2010: Dr. John McLaughlin was elected to the board of directors of Atlantic Hydrogen Inc. (AHI) at the company's annual general meeting on June 25, 2010 in Fredericton.
- Wednesday, June 02, 2010: Atlantic Hydrogen Inc. (AHI) recently completed a $3 million private round of equity financing that company management describes as the "market entry stage" financing for their CarbonSaver technology. This brings the total investment in the technology to date to more than $25 million.
- Thursday, April 29, 2010: Atlantic Hydrogen announced that it has received a financial contribution of up to $1.153 million, in addition to both technical and business advisory services, from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP) in support of a research project to further the CarbonSaver green energy technology development.
- Friday, February 19, 2010: AHI recognizes the importance of the carbon produced by their CarbonSaver technology, and has appointed a Director of Carbon Development to lead the company's carbon research and commercialization efforts.
